There are signs that the Russian troops placed tactical nuclear weapons in the temporarily occupied Crimea, the CEO of the Center for Defense Strategies Center Alina Frolov said. “Nuclear weapons can be placed there and there are signs that talk about it. This is a terrible danger not only for Europe but also for many countries, ”she said during a briefing.

"And even a special unit was created in the Russian army, which should be maintained by such military facilities in the Crimea," Frolova said. She added that after the de -occupation of the peninsula, these objects in the Crimea will be transferred to another regime, preserved or used for other purposes.
