Part of Ukrainians still without light after the attacks of the Russian Federation: where is the most difficult situation

According to Ukrenergo, a significant shortage of electricity is still maintained due to damage during missile strokes and high -voltage networks in the system. In Ukraine, as of the morning, December 8, the restoration works of Ukrainian energy after Russia missile strikes continue. The most difficult situation with light is in the east of the country, since on the evening of December 7 the Russians fired several areas of the region. This was reported by the press service of Ukrenergo.

"Where the situation permits, the state of the power grids is inspected. After receiving admission from the military, repair work will be started," the company said. It is noted that in the Kyiv and Odessa regions repair work is ongoing around the clock. And in Odessa itself, energy consumers heal by backup schemes.

Regarding the situation in other regions of Ukraine, according to Ukrenergo, a significant shortage of electricity is maintained due to damage during missile strokes of power plants and high -voltage networks in the system. In addition, already in the morning, December 8, there were limits in several regions - there was an emergency shutdown of light.

"The situation is complicated by the weather conditions: in many regions in the west, frost, snow and heavy wind gusts cause the wires and their damage," Ukrenergo added. Meanwhile, part of the occupied Donetsk was left without light on Thursday, December 8. Electricity is not available in multi -storey residential buildings of Voroshilovsky district. The locals claim that the houses located in the Kiev district of the captured regional center are also deactivated.
