The Azerbaijan Ministry of Defense has not yet commented on hostilities on the border with Armenia on September 14. Azerbaijan President Ilham Aliyev also accused Armenia of armed provocations, writes the Azerbaijani Report Agency.

Armenian Prime Minister Nicol Pashinyan declared the death of 49 Armenian soldiers in the course of night battles from Azerbaijan. The ARA Agency showed the possible destruction of Armenian artillery forces, the C-300 missile system and ground shelters. Aliyev hopes that the issue of tension on the border between Armenia and Azerbaijan will be discussed in the UN Security Council.

The focus earlier painted in detail about the situation at the border of Armenia and Azerbaijan and the agreement of the parties. On September 13, Ilham Aliyev spoke about the achievements of all military goals at the border with Armenia. After the outbreak of the conflict, Nicol Pashinyan called Vladimir Putin and requested military assistance from the Member States of the CDU.
