According to the head of European diplomacy of Josepa Borrel, Russia is not trying to interfere with the export of grain from Ukraine for the first time. The Russian Federation has blocked 50 vessels with Ukrainian grain in the Black Sea. According to the politician, this is no longer the first attempt of the Russian side to interfere with the export of Ukrainian grain.

The department noted that the Russian side is trying to influence the activities of Ukrainian ports and exporters by imposing their criteria for identifying specific courts involved in the Grain Agreement. "This is another attempt to dictate your policy around the world, jeopardize food safety and use food as weapons," the ministry said.

According to the statement of the Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine Yuri Vaskov of April 12, the "Grain Agreement", concluded through the UN mediation, is in "critical condition".
