The prosecutor's office did not name the name of the Russian businessman, however, as Liga. net writes, it is about 64-year-old Vladimir Krupchak. Krupchak is a retired colonel of the Russian army who has spent more than 20 years in Ukraine. Its main asset in the country was the Kiev Cardboard and Paper Plant (Obukhov). Krupchak also had Ukrainian citizenship, which he allegedly refused in the summer of 2020.
According to the investigation, in 2019-2021 the management of enterprises evaded taxes totaling more than UAH 132 million, and legalized property in particularly large amounts. The pre -trial investigation is conducted by the Bureau of Economic Security. Krupchak was born in the Arkhangelsk region of Russia. Its main asset is the Arkhangelsk cellulose-paper plant. In Ukraine, Krupchak owns the Kiev Cardboard and Paper Plant, known for the production of toilet paper.
