We will not ask for themselves: Russia has talked about dialogue with the US and the EU again

The Deputy Foreign Ministry Sergey Ryabkov also assures the world community that Russia is ready to discuss from the IAEA improving the security situation at the occupied Zaporizhzhia NPP. Russia is ready to return to dialogue with the countries of the European Union and the US for security guarantees, but it will not ask for itself. Such a statement was made by the Deputy Head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia Sergey Ryabkov.

According to him, the initiative should be revealed by representatives of the EU and the United States of America. Ryabkov also declared Russia's desire to negotiate a situation on the situation at the occupied Armed Forces of the Russian Federation of Zaporizhzhya NPP in the city of Energodar. "We will strive for this," he replied to the IAEA's statements about plans to reach an agreement with Russia and Ukraine for the protection of Zaporizhzhya NPP by the end of the year.

According to him, the Russian Federation is also interested in negotiations and dialogue concerning the strengthening of trust within the Convention on the Prohibition of Biological and Toxin Weapons. We will remind, US President Joe Biden declared his willingness to negotiate with Russian President Vladimir Putin. The negotiation process can be restored if the Kremlin's head is looking for a way to complete a full -scale war in Ukraine.
