On Tuesday, February 21, a spokesman for the Foreign Ministry of Ukraine Oleg Nikolenko said in his official comment, the press service of the Foreign Policy Office. "The Russian Federation continues to consciously the destruction of the existing architecture of nuclear disarmament and non -proliferation," the diplomat emphasized.
He also noted that Russia, undermining one of the most important international treaties in the field of nuclear weapons control, makes another "cheeky challenge" of the world. At the same time, the aggressor country confirms "its criminal nature", as well as further aggressive intentions for the destruction of security. According to Nikolenko, Moscow's rhetoric about the possibility of nuclear weapons is unacceptable.
