Russia's membership in the UN Security Council should be suspended because of aggression against Ukraine. This should happen automatically. This was stated by the Chairman of the European Council Charles Michel. "When a permanent member of the United Nations Security Council begins an unprovoked and unjustified war, a war condemned by the UN General Assembly, the suspension of its membership in the Security Council should be automatic," he said.
