Prigogine still supports nearly a third of the Russians (infographics)

The rebellion of Putin's cook was approved by 58%, and now there are twice less. Eugene Prigogine, who raised an armed rebellion against Russian authorities, is still supported by almost a third of the Russians (29%). This is evidenced by the results of the last public opinion survey conducted by the Levada Center.

The survey was conducted from June 22 to June 28, and it recorded fluctuations in public opinion caused by an unsuccessful rebellion on June 24. The breakdown of the dates - before and after the rebellion - shows that Saturday events at least twice the authority of Eugene Prigogine in the eyes of Russian citizens, sociologists write.

If Prigogine seemed to the Russians as a "fighter for the truth", "a real leader", a "patriot" and a victorious general, then on Monday, negative grades were outlined: "Sushed between Troubles", "went against Russia", "torn to power". Sociologists asked the respondents the question: Do you or do you not approve the activity of the founder of the Wagner PEC Yevgeny Prigogine? The participants of the poll were to choose one option out of the six proposed.

Thus, the answer "fully approve" June 22-23 chose 30%of respondents, on June 24-on the day of known events-these remained more than twice less (14%), and on June 25-28 this figure was 11%. On June 22-23, the option "Rather approval" was chosen by 28% of the Russians surveyed. On June 24, 17% of respondents were given this answer, 18% in the following days.

The answer "rather I do not approve" for known events indicated only 6% of the survey participants, June 24 and later this option was selected 15%. The option "I do not approve" on June 22-23 has chosen only one tenth population, on June 24, this figure increased more than one and a half times, and in the following days it increased to almost one third. They knew nothing about Eugene Prigogine, according to them, before the events of June 24, just over one tenth respondents (11%).

It is noteworthy that on the day of rebellion this answer was chosen by 15% of citizens, in the following days the figure decreased to 8%. The sociologists could not answer the questions of June 22-23, 15%, June 24-14% and in the following days-17% of respondents. Recall that on June 1, sociologists have published top 5 politicians and public figures trusting the Russians. Then the head of PEC "Wagner" Yevgeny Prigogin "honored" fifth place in the rating.
