When journalist Hugo Bacher was switched on a live broadcast, rockets flew over him. Kyiv and other Ukrainian cities of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation were fired on the morning of October 10. The moment of shelling was broadcast by the British Air Force TV channel. This was reported live on the channel. The Air Force journalist Hugo Bachega told what was happening in Kiev when he noticed a missile flight. Judging by the video, the journalist was near the Michael's Golden -Domed Monastery.

He just talked about what was happening in Ukraine when he was distracted by rocket flights and explosions that were behind him. "You can see the moment above. Hugo and the film crew reached the shelter," the BBC said. Currently, virtually the entire territory of Ukraine is under rocket shelling. This was stated by the Deputy Head of the Presidential Office Kirill Tymoshenko.
