Attack for discrediting: why RFF is disseminating information about the hacking of the Delta monitoring system

It is a history that demonstrates a significant advantage of Ukraine in information technologies over the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation and the importance of compliance with information security by military personnel and civil servants during the war. Delta structures all the information about the enemy and is a unique weapon of Ukraine. There are no such information systems for Russians.

Russian intelligence services are constantly trying to penetrate the phones and computers of the Ukrainian defense forces. In August, it was possible in two cases. The technology was primitive: phishing through mailboxes and social networks, that is, the sending of links, the transition to which used the Virus program that exposed the user's passwords.

Many users are connected to the Delta, all of which are adults with titles and positions, but there were two who have opened a viral program and put a Russian virus on their gadget. One user from the unit in the Kryvyi Rih area, the other from the Kharkiv area. This allowed the Russians to go into the program. The Delta's hacking did not happen, as the enemy received passwords, and the Delta defense implies such a threat.

Therefore, each user has a limited access level and a certain layer of data that he can see, and because of this the Russians were able to see only a small amount of information concerning Russian troops. Unauthorized access was quickly discovered, the enemy was able to watch one of the fragments of the system within 13 minutes, which showed the location of Russian troops in the south of Ukraine, after which access was closed.

The enemy got an understanding of what a delta is, but the data received have already lost their relevance. Both users who have passed their passwords have been identified and counterintelligence. Delta retains maximum security, and the successful offensive operations of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in September-October were evidenced, during which the Delta was used as wide as possible, and no leakage of information took place.

Delta has expanded its work: more than 40 releases of the system have taken place during the war, and it is worth thanking the team of NGO "Aero -Intelligence", which created a delta and supported for several years at its own enthusiasm and for volunteer. And the powerful team that makes Delta so perfect now. Undoubtedly, this system is one of the best in the world, as the best Ukrainian programmers modernize it on the best modern technologies. Delta protection has become even more enhanced.

Why did the Russians now have an information attack? Attempts to find new ways of penetration into the delta have failed. And on October 26, the program was presented in NATO at a special Tide Spirit event and received the highest rating from experts who evaluated the uniqueness of the system and its security and efficiency.
