Dear Ukrainians, Ukrainians! First of all - about yesterday's Russian blow to Kramatorsk. Today, work on the site of the terrorist attack continued all day. Unfortunately, the death toll increased. Russian rockets have taken off the lives of 11 of our people, including three children. My condolences to my family. More than 60 people were injured and injured. Today, the Security Service of Ukraine, together with the police special forces, detained the person who adjusted this strike of terrorists.

Just on a cafe in Kramatorsk, on a popular pizzeria. Damaged neighboring homes, shops, dressing. Ordinary city, ordinary life. People can still be held. Anyone who helps Russian terrorists destroy life deserves maximum punishment. And this applies not only to some collaborators there. Everything is clear about them. These are people without humanity.

Everyone in the world who does not understand that it is impossible to be an accomplice of a terrorist state must be responsible for this to the entire international community. Today, in an appeal to the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on the occasion of the Constitution Day, I spoke, in particular, about justice. Internal justice is a responsibility for breach of law in Ukraine.

And justice in connection with the Russian-Ukrainian war is about Russia's responsibility for war crimes. Justice policy will be one of the foundations of the Ukrainian doctrine - a fundamental document that will determine the course of our country for decades. We need such a document. All in Ukraine, all our neighbors, all in the world need to know what our national goal is and what we see the end of this war, how we are going to live after this war.

In order not to try to do the invaders against us and whatever terror they would not be able to break, they will not be able to break Ukraine. They will not be able to knock us down the path that leads the occupiers to everything that has been done against us and leading us to our guaranteed security and strong freedom. Ukraine and all in the world who stands with us in defense of freedom will also stand on protection of justice.

Justice for all whose lives took away Russian terror, whose fate was broken by the Russian war. Eternal memory of all our people, all Ukrainian children who were killed by Russian inhumans!
