International security threat: The EU has called on the Russian Federation to return to nuclear agreements

The European Union calls on Moscow to fulfill the obligations to DSU and not to interfere with the inspection of nuclear arsenals of the Russian Federation. The European Union attaches primary importance to the new treaty on the reduction and restriction of strategic offensive weapons (DSU) and therefore calls Moscow to fulfill obligations under this Agreement. This was stated on February 21 by the EU Foreign Policy Service.

The publication states that the European Union also urges the Russian Federation to promote the work of inspection in the Russian territory within the framework of the implementation of the rules of the contract. In other words, Russia was called on access to the US for inspection of its nuclear arsenals. "The EU calls on Russia to fulfill its obligations under the treaty, facilitating the conduct of new SNO inspections in the Russian territory," the statement reads.

The EU also pity for yesterday's statement by President Vladimir Putin about the suspension of Russian participation in the contract for nuclear weapons, since Brussels believe that DSno makes the most important contribution to international and European security.

"Termination of the contract or expiration of its validity without a proper further agreement will undermine the architecture of European security and significantly rejects the efforts to control weapons, which does not meet the interests document. We will remind, commenting on the speech of Vladimir Putin before the federal meeting President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that the Russian leader communicates as a terrorist.
