"Try to risk": Lukashenko again suggested to Ukraine and the Russian Federation to conclude a truce (video)

According to the Belarusian politician, this proposal is a ban on the movement of troops and equipment to the battlefield, after which peace talks between Kiev and Moscow should begin immediately. Oleksandr Lukashenko called on the Russian Federation and Ukraine to stop fighting. He made such a proposal for both parties to the conflict during the message of the Belarusian people and Parliament on Friday, March 31.

In his speech, the politician spoke about the war in Ukraine, which was started by the Russian Federation. He believes that it is time to stop the fighting and declare a truce without the right to move and roll weapons. "I will try to ask to offer to stop the fighting. Many now, especially in Russia, we may have stopped in the Donbass then, then there was another situation.

But given these conditions, to stop the fighting, to declare a truce without the right to move, to regroup troops from both parties, without the right to throw weapons, live power and equipment. Everyone froze, " - said Alexander Lukashenko.

Immediately after the truce, peace talks should begin, but the politician believes little and notes that if the event "again try to use a pause in hostilities", then Vladimir Putin's troops will have the right to use all kinds of weapons to prevent escalation. "If there is a deception once again and at least the smallest movement across the border to Ukraine or on the other side of Russia movement of troops and preparation for the attack.

The military will understand me," - said Alexander Lukashenko. By the way, the politician who heads the country answered and the question about the Constitution. He is not going to rewrite it to stay longer in power. "Believe me, my century is over, and I will not be able to do any constitutions. My children will not be presidents," says Alexander Lukashenko.
