British intelligence has named the most acute problems of the Russian Federation to staff units for war against Ukraine

According to British intelligence, the army of the Russian Federation is lack of assault infantry and junior commanders. Therefore, prisoners are being recruited in Russia and cadets from military schools are being released early. The Twitter agency states that the Kremlin Wagner has been conducting a campaign for recruiting Russian prisoners for service in Ukraine at least July. The prisoners are offered a softening of the sentence and even monetary encouragement.

Video Day Recently Posted Video shows how Wagner's owner Yevhen Prigogin makes an offer to recruit prisoners. In the video, Prigogine emphasizes that he is looking for only "fighters for the assault units. " At the same time, Russian military academies reduce training courses and postpone the release of cadets. It is almost probably happening to transfer them for fighting in Ukraine.
