How do you evaluate the likelihood that the Russians will move from conversations to actions? - I want to say first that it is a great honor for me to represent Lithuania in Ukraine. Your country is not only one of the most important partners for us, but also the best and sweetest friend. Lithuania supported, supported and will always support yours - and therefore ours - the fight against Russian aggression.

In Lithuania, it is understood and separated by everyone: both the leaders of our country and ordinary citizens. We will stay with you together before victory. When answering your first question, I think it is a typical step of Russian propaganda. As the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Lithuania said, he apparently made more impression to the West than Lithuania itself. All because we are already used to Russian propaganda.

I will also add that Lithuania has consistently defended the expansion of sanctions against Russia and will continue to do so. At the same time, land transit between Kaliningrad and other parts of Russia is not cut, not blocked. Transit of passengers and non -institutional goods continues. Lithuania did not impose any unilateral additional restrictions on transit.
