Blackouts are the last hope of terrorists, but without light we know well where to shoot and what to release - the President of Ukraine's appeal

And there was such a special moment when we all felt that we combined us and how much we all wait for our victory. Victory will definitely be. The second important event of this day - participated in the G7 leaders summit. Great seven. This is the fifth such as a summit for this year in which Ukraine participates and fully represents its position. Today we have actually outlined what we have to do next year. I thanked the partners and urged them to continue in 2023 as much as to Ukraine as this year.

It is very important that all elements of our state support are stored and not sparing. It is just as important to take new steps that can play ahead of Russian terror. One of the main steps is the summit, which we plan for this winter. Summit on the implementation of our peace formula. Whatever the aggressor was going to do-when the world is truly united, it is the world, not the aggressor, determines how events will develop. That's what we offer all conscientious states.

To all who value the UN Statute and just peace. Third, representatives of our country are already working in France. Head of Government, First Lady of Ukraine and others. The key task is two conferences on the reconstruction and sustainability of Ukraine, on the passage of this winter. They will take place tomorrow. And also - the direction of the French forces - both the state and business, the communities of France - for specific renewal projects in Ukraine. Energy, cities, enterprises, hospitals . . .

So now it is important in France for our country, and tomorrow I will also participate in the respective events. And still extremely important things. Today, three of our pyrotechnics - employees of the SES - were killed in the Donetsk region during demining. My condolences to my relatives . . . In the lives of two more of their colleagues doctors fight. It happened in Konstantinovka, Kramatorsk district.

One of our territories that are most contaminated with Russian mines, stretch marks and shells that have not broken. During February 24, only the SES employees seized more than 300,000 explosive items. The National Police Explosives have seized more than 180,000 such items. And other public services and the army are being carried out. And this is one of the most important areas of our communication with partners.

Among other things, we have to collect the maximum of global opportunities to overcome Russian mine terror as soon as possible. And again, thank you all our partners who help. I thank all our heroic employees of the SES, our police, the military, who are conducting demining. Every disposed of a Russian mine, every removed projectile, each detected and disposed of stretching is the saved lives of our people. Every day we add new energy forces to Ukraine.

After each Russian blow, we restore the system. As far as possible. We do our best to bring as much equipment to Ukraine as possible that can compensate for the damage from rockets. And I thank all Ukrainian entrepreneurs, volunteers, all our partners who help with it. But we must all be aware that Russia has not abandoned this tactic of terror. The absence of massive rocket strokes only indicates that the enemy is prepared for them and can hit them at any time.

Although it is obvious that even without light, we know where to shoot and what to release, Russia still hopes for Black. This is the last hope of terrorists . . . So they have missiles - and they are still in Russia - please take seriously all warnings from the Ukrainian military command, from our air forces and air alarm. At all levels we must be prepared for any hostile intentions. And let's do everything to go through this winter.
