According to him, the Russians want to destroy the united power system of Ukraine, the essence of which is that the consumer receives energy not from the nearest power plants. Therefore, they try to prevent energy transfer to different regions. "And we must be ready for their new attempts," Kudritsky said. According to Ukrenergo, the system is now trying to return to planned shutdowns so that people can plan their day in conditions when light is not always.

"But we have no right to give people unnecessary expectations. With each new attack, keeping the deficit restrictions on planned schedules is becoming more complicated. Unfortunately, we now have emergency shutdowns, but they are needed," Kudrytsky said. He stated that there is a list of lines to which energy is supplied first. These are the lines that supply critical infrastructure, such as hospitals, hospitals, water utilities, boiler rooms.
