The adviser to the head of the Kherson military administration Sergey Khlan said that the Russian invaders had stolen the head of the Verkhnokogachytsky community Svetlana Korotun. "The Russians abducted the head of the Verkhnorogachytska TG Svetlana Korotun, who refused to cooperate with the occupying power," he wrote on Facebook. According to him, the invaders either make collaboration or "arrest" and introduce their people.
