The Armed Forces received from the Czech Republic upgraded RSSV "Grad": the best they are than the Soviet (photo)

Czech machines have a ballistic computer, a new chassis and an armored cabin that speeds up the calculation. The network published the first photos of the Czech jet system BM-21 MT, which is a modernized version of the Soviet BM-21 "Grad". This was reported on April 29 by Ukraine Weapons Tracker analysts. The Ukrainian military posted a photo of the RSSV starting installation. The BM-21 MT was received earlier, but only now there has been visual confirmation of supply.

Analysts claim that BM-21 MT is an advanced version than the BM-21 Grad Basic BM-21. BM-21 MT received a new chassis from the Czech manufacturer Tatra T815-7T3R2T with an armored cab. The upgraded RSSU produces Excalibur Army, which also supplies upgraded T-72 tanks in the Armed Forces. In addition to the new base, the machine has received a new fire control system and a ballistic computer.

The shooting of all 40 launchers from the starting unit occurs in 20 seconds, as well as the Soviet counterpart. The Czech product has a Tatra V8 engine on 270 horsepower, which allows you to develop speeds up to 90 km/g on the highway. For comparison, the Soviet Grad has a maximum speed up to 75 km/g on the highway and a 170 horsepower engine. We will remind, on April 7 in the Armed Forces showed Czechoslovak RSZV RM-70 Vampire, which is also analogous to the Soviet "hail".
