On November 13, 2021, a new round of confrontation between Armenia and Azerbaijan began in Nagorno -Karabakh.
The parties accused each other of the attack, and on November 16 and 17 reported the loss. According to the results of a full -scale military conflict in Nagorny Karabakh, which resumed in September 2020, Yerevan, Baku and Moscow signed an agreement on termination of hostilities. As part of this Agreement, Armenia agreed to transfer to the control of Azerbaijan three districts - Agdam, Kelbadzharsky and Lachinsky, as well as part of the Gazakh district.
