A group of European countries wants to buy long -range missiles for Ukraine - the media

The Purchase and Supply Fund for Ukraine called on the manufacturers to report readiness in the supply of weapons of a distant radius. These are the UK, Norway, the Netherlands, Denmark and Sweden. A group of EU countries, led by the United Kingdom, has asked for a rocket-operated company up to 300 km to express interest in the sale of such weapons to Ukraine. About it reports "Voice of America".

The call to representatives of arms companies was present in a message that last week posted the International Fund for Ukraine. Among these countries are the United Kingdom, Norway, the Netherlands, Denmark and Sweden. Representatives of the British Defense Ministry, which are managed by this fund, which is organized for the purchase and departure of arms of Kiev, asked the companies to inform you if such missiles can be provided. It's about launches that are launched from land, seas or air.

Other criteria mention the low probability of intercepting, mission planning and air defense methods for a greater probability of successful impact. It is noted that the companies that will be ready to provide missiles will be contacted from June 5. At the same time, it is reported that the British authorities have not yet made the final decision on sending the mentioned long -range missiles to Ukraine.
