According to British intelligence, the Kremlin dictator Vladimir Putin goes to "great political risk", debunking the myths that Russia is not at war and a national crisis. In its summary on Twitter, the department reminds that the Kremlin puppets in Donetsk, Lugansk, Kherson and Zaporizhzhya regions of Ukraine announced the "referendums" on "entry" in the Russian Federation.
