Putin signed a decree recognition by "foreigners" of Ukrainians without passports of the Russian Federation in occupation (document)

Ukrainians living in Donetsk, Lugansk, Zaporizhzhya and Kherson regions were "allowed" to live on their land as "foreigners" until July 1 next year. Those Ukrainians who go to rallies against Russian occupation can "deport". On April 27, Russian President Vladimir Putin issued a decree in which Ukrainians without Russian citizenship living in the occupied Ukrainian territories are recognized as "foreigners". The text of the decree is published on the government website of the aggressor country.

According to Putin's decree, "foreign citizens" recognize Ukrainians who resided in Donetsk, Lugansk, Zaporizhia and Kherson regions or lived earlier and left for Russia. Also "foreigners" declared Ukrainians who wanted to preserve their own citizenship and did not oath a citizen of the Russian Federation. Ukrainians who lived in the occupied territories at the time of illegal "accession" to Russia gave "the right" to live on their lands in this status until July 1, 2024.

Moreover, under the new decree of Putin, Ukrainian citizens may deport, ban them entry into the Russian Federation and cancel the "permanent residence" for participation in rallies or create a "threat to national security" of Russia. In the case of a decision to ban on entry into the Russian Federation, the Ukrainians were granted three days from the moment of their notification for independent departure, after which "foreigners" are forcibly "deported".

At the time of the material, the Ukrainian management and officials did not respond to the decree. We will remind, on April 27 the representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Maria Zakharova hinted at the use of nuclear weapons. She stated that the Russians will do "everything to prevent the development of events in the worst scenario. " Also, on April 27, the Kremlin commented on the investigation of journalists about attempting to Vladimir Putin.
