"Will be crucial": in ISW explained why Putin met with war

According to American analysts, the President of the Russian Federation tries to systematically exaggerate and distort the losses of Western military equipment to portray the counter -offensive of the Armed Forces as unsuccessful. The President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin met with military correspondents on June 13, as he is aware that the supporters of the war are convinced of his key electorate. This is stated in the report of the Institute of War Study (ISW) of June 13.

Analysts have stated that the President of the Russian Federation would be increasingly relied on by the ultranationalist community to ensure the support of a protracted war among the Russians. "The Kremlin is likely to be aware that the key figures that are in the war will be crucial for uniting the rest of society in these efforts," the source reads.

The reports of the report also indicated that Putin is probably trying to systematically exaggerate and distort the losses of Western military equipment to portray the counter -offensive of the SCU as a bad one and to repel the desire to continue Ukraine. In addition, the Russian leader assured the warriors that he did not want to declare a second wave of mobilization or introduce martial law.

According to analysts, this indicates that Putin does not dare to upset Russian society, as he has not yet decided to fully devote himself to the Promotion of the total war. The ISW also noted that the current influence of Russian bloggers' escaped bloggers has probably been a direct result of the Kremlin's inability to provide effective presence on social networks and to prepare Russian society for a protracted war.

We will remind that at a meeting with war Vladimir Putin stated that the Armed Forces lost at least 160 tanks and 360 armored vehicles. According to him, Russia destroyed by Russia is 25-30% of the total volume of Western combat vehicles transferred to Kiev. Volodymyr Putin also said that the Kremlin could consider the creation of a "sanitary zone" in Ukraine if shelling of the Russian regions continues. At the same time he did not specify what it means.
