According to the new requirements, propagandists should be respectful of mobilized citizens of the Russian Federation - such neologism as "mobics" has been banned. At the same time, citizens who flee from mobilization from Russia are advised to make fun of words such as "Relocants", "Ubzhants" and "Perezhduns". The Armed Forces of Ukraine by Russian propagandists will continue to be called "militants", "nationalists" or "armed formations".

Such elements of the new-language Russian propaganda as "cotton" and "fire" were included in the list of feet. The Russian media will have to replace them with shocks, explosions or diversions. According to GUR, the emergence of new techniques indicates dissatisfaction in society. And the Russian leadership traditionally tries to manipulate the population, instead of solving existing problems.
