In Kiev, a local blogger was detained, who provoked against the Armed Forces and law enforcement officers, discrediting them in favor of Russian propaganda. This was reported on Thursday, September 22, in the Security Service of Ukraine. They stated that the attacker had shot provocative videos during the movement of military columns, offended Ukrainian defenders, and tried to record their faces and license plates, and then sold his records to the Russian Federation.
