The system checks the accuracy of the specified information: compares the geolocation of the smartphone with the location of the mobile base station and verifies data with signals from other users. If the information is truthful, it is transferred to the Armed Forces command point, where the military is calculating the flight trajectory and aiming at the threat.

"EPPO" creates points on a virtual map in virtual time, where they can be compared to radar indicators. In October, EPPO appeared in the Google Play Market online store. The developers have added to it through the "action" to squeeze jokers and malefactors who wish to send false signals to help the Russians.
