Re -mobilization and pensions. What will be with the payments of servicemen when returning to the army

The issue of pension provision of servicemen regulates the law on pension provision of persons dismissed from military service and some other persons. Military pensions are assigned and paid to servicemen after their dismissal.

At the same time, the payment of pensions to servicemen is not terminated in the event of re-admission of pensioners among servicemen for military service: Video day after dismissal from the retirement service of such servicemen are reviewed taking into account additional years of service and financial support, which is determined by the last position.
