There are also a large number of headmaster, mail workers and various utilities. The head of the Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine Kirill Budanov said that 40% of all prisoners of war, which are kept by Russia - civilians. Among them are women and even children. He said this in an interview with Voice of America.

According to Budanov, thanks to prisoners of war, approximately 2000 people managed to return home. However, the Russian Federation holds a large number of military and civilians. As for nuclear weapons, according to Budanov, Russian President Vladimir Putin has repeatedly threatened to apply it. He will not use it even when the Armed Forces began to de -occupation of the Crimea Peninsula. "They (Russians, ed) clearly understand that the first thing is: nuclear weapons are not weapons, it is a means of strategic restraint.

Second, the use of any nuclear deterrent in the world will lead to, say, fatal consequences for who It will do it, " - said Budanov. Earlier, Budanov spoke about Putin's plans to destabilize Moldova. According to the head of Ukrainian intelligence, the Russian Federation intends to curtail constitutional power there. To this end, they have applied a number of measures, but they all collapse.
