In the pictures of October 1, you can see that the equipment, including helicopters, as well as tents with personnel disappeared from the city of Valuyki, while in the footage of September 6, they were still present there. The Colonel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the military expert Roman Svitan in a comment to reporters that, according to him, part of the soldiers and equipment from the base in Valuyki, the aggressor transferred to the occupied city of Svatov Luhansk region.
According to Svitan, the redeployment of forces is associated with explosions in the city of Belgorod region, which were recorded on September 16 and 28. The expert noted that earlier the Russians used Valuyki for the event to the already liberated city of Kupyansk Kharkiv region, as there are highways, railroad and river. From there, the troops of the Russian Federation sent some of their forces to Izum, the estuary of Donetsk region, Rubizhne and towards Severodonetsk Luhansk region.
Another expert interviewed by the publication Mikhail Zhirokhov confirmed that from the base in Valuyki the Russian military command throws forces to the Luhansk region - according to him, in Svatovo, the columns of equipment of the Russian Federation during the last week. Zhirokhov also said that the occupiers are now building a line of defense from Svatov to Kremlin, and it is probably that the Russian troops need additional forces.
