" And it was international organizations that did not adhere to these "guarantees", which led to the death of our heroes. I am silent that no one saw these "guarantees". Neither documents, nor agreements, nor memorandums.
We saw how "cereal guarantees" were signed! We have seen the texts of all grain deals !! But we have not seen anything like Azov! Did I miss something? And from the UN and ICCH officials, I have not heard any public and non -public statements that they are taking such guarantees for their organizations. It's different! All guarantees for the preservation of prisoners of war are clearly recorded in the UN Geneva Convention on the treatment of prisoners of war.
And to guarantee life, health, safe conditions of captivity, proper medical care and nutrition have a country that captured military personnel. In the case of Azov, it was Russia who, according to the Geneva Conventions, assumed the guarantees of life to prisoners of war. So stop protecting and displaying Russia! Stop translating the blame for the death of Azov from Russia to the other side (UN, ICCC and other international organizations).
