According to the General Staff, due to large losses in the course of hostilities, the level of moral and psychological state in units formed in temporarily occupied territories decreased significantly. This is stated in the morning construction on Facebook.

According to the available information, in order to improve the state of combat readiness of the 2nd separate motorized rifle brigade of the 2nd Army Corps, the command of the brigade ordered not to pay money to military personnel who are temporarily absent, in particular, they are in treatment. Video of payments is made only after the acquittal and with the personal permission of the commander.
