And it is there, on the pond, that words that are constantly sounded in Israel, when you talk about the survival of your country. These are the words "Iran", "Iranian". Every time they mean that you all understand. They mean a deadly threat. I will only give you one example now.

It happened on October 17, when Russia made another terrorist attack. On that day, there were 15 Russian winged missiles and 42 Iranian shock drones in the Ukrainian sky. The targets were power plants, other critical infrastructure and even dwellings. One of these apartment buildings is in Kiev. After the Iranian drone, there is no half of the house. Four floors are destroyed - from basement to roof. He stood for 120 years.

He was built by Jossylian Lion, an entrepreneur at that time, one of the synagogues. The house withstood the First World War, the waves of terror, the Second World War. He saw so much and was destroyed by Iranian drone. Like many, many other objects in Ukraine. Five people were killed that terrible day. Although . . . in fact six. The drone killed a young family who lived in one of the apartments of the house in Kiev: boy and girl, the girl was preparing to become a mother.

Ukraine is now constantly undergoing such Russian terrorist attacks. The frozen sound sound of Iranian drones is heard every night in our sky. In total, according to our intelligence, Russia has ordered about 2,000 Shahaneda in Iran - one type of Iranian terrorist weapons. And yet - rockets, other drones. Iranian instructors came to teach the Russians to use drones. How did this Alliance be possible? I'll tell you. Russia loses to us in a real collision on the battlefield.

The Putin Army is not able to fight. We beat it on our earth so that it is forced to take its contingents even from other regions that have tried to destabilize. Please note that the Russian presence in Syria has declined significantly due to our invaders' defenders. But, unfortunately, we do not have our "iron dome". We do not yet have a modern and effective air defense system and about that could protect our sky. Therefore, Russia hopes to compensate for terror in the air on Earth.

Russia beats rockets such as C-300. Uses them to beat Kharkiv, Nikolaev, in other cities. Every day and every night. To burn cities - a house behind a house, a street outside. Where they cannot get these rockets, Russia beats "caliber" and anti-ship X-101. Kyiv, Odesa, Zaporizhzhia, Dnipro . . . destroys them energy, transport, warehouses with food, shopping centers, social infrastructure. In eight months of a full -scale war, Russia has used almost 4. 5 thousand rockets against us.

And their rockets are reduced. That is why Russia went to look for available weapons in other countries to continue terror. Found in Iran. I have a question to you: what do you think, and what does Russia pay Iran for it? Did Iran interested just money? Probably not money, but Russian assistance to the Iranian nuclear program. Probably, this is the meaning of their alliance. And this Alliance simply would not have happened if your politicians made one decision. The decision we asked for.

Every time we in Ukraine at meetings of the Supreme Commander -in -Chief we discuss Russian rocket and drone terror, we are talking about our partners that already help or can help us protect the sky. Unfortunately, the words "Israel", "Israeli" do not sound. Of course, this is the decision of your state, your governments. It seems that it was adopted for a long time - in 2014, when Russia began aggression against Ukraine. The decision "do not annoy" the Kremlin, not to help Ukraine real.

I emphasize that since the 14th we have asked Israel for help. But such the gravity of politicians. Although we could immediately protect our sky when we encountered rocket and drone, Russia would not even have a motive to go to Iran and offer him something in exchange for assistance in terror. But it happened. And I think you can still deprive this alliance. If we act together - we are with you as well as with other democracies.

Ladies and Gentlemen! Russian officials and propagandists are very candid. They hate that we live freely and protect our culture. They even try not to use the name "Ukraine". They wish us all deaths. The other day, even one of the well -known Russian propagandists, completely openly urged to burn Ukrainian children simply in the houses where they live, or to sink in rivers, as soon as children say that they are Ukrainians. This is Rashism. Rashism helps Iran, getting something for it.

Many democratic countries help us. But we would also like your help. Of course, let that we will not give up our fight. We want simple and understandable things: to release our land, to guarantee the safety of our people, to give peace to Ukrainians. We will continue to protect and, I am sure, will protect Ukraine and our freedom. Our common freedom is all democratic countries. I sincerely thank you for the reward that you have noted this fight.

But is it not time and your country to choose who you are with? With the democratic world, which side by side fights against the existential threat of its existence? Or with those who close their eyes to Russian terror even when the continuation of terror is the complete destruction of global security? I believe you will give fair answers to my questions. Because this question is not about politics, but about values. About the values ​​that we still unite with you.

They are united even when we do not coincide in politics. I thank the people of Israel for understanding and help, including medical, which we received from your society! Thank you and all the media of Israel, who spread the truth about this war and condemn Russian terror!
