At the film festival the painting was presented by the wife of the soldier of the regiment Azov Anna Zaitseva, military correspondent Natalia Nagorna and director Yevgeny Atheyevsky presented the documentary freedom in the fire. On Wednesday, September 7, Venice was premiered by the documentary film Freedom in the fire on a full -scale war in Ukraine.

On the red sidewalk she was introduced by American director Yevgeny Atheyevsky, the wife of a soldier of the regiment Azov Anna Zaitseva, who spent two months on Azovstal with a young son, and a military correspondent 1+1 Natalia Nagorna. Anna's husband is now in Russian captivity. That is why, in order to draw attention to the captive Azov, Anna came to a photo Collea in a T -shirt with the world -famous Azovstal light, which was made by Azov Fighter Dmitry Kozatsky.

Video Day Yevgeny Atheyevsky worked on a documentary until mid -August and completed it before opening the festival in Venice. The film also included a video shot in the bomb shelter of Azovstal during the sediment - a memory card from the video managed to make Gonna Zaitseva, despite the fact that it was filtered. As well as a video from the archives of Ukrainian TV channels, the war that Russia started against Ukraine in 2014.

The film presented in Venice not only tells about the current war with the stories of survivors, but demonstrates how the events of that winter prompted Russian President Putin to capture Ukrainian Crimea and lead directly to hostilities that are ongoing now. These are the stories of Ukrainians - wars, mothers, children, journalists and volunteers. Their life has completely changed after the beginning of Russian military aggression.
