The Russian captain used to keep a strap from a bra during a parade

The photo was taken during the Russian Navy Parade in Kronstadt (photo: AFU Stratcom) during the Russian Navy parade in St. Petersburg, one of the Russian captains used a strain from a bra to keep his headdress. This was paid to this in the Department of Strategic Communications of the Armed Forces, publishing a corresponding photo from the event in the Telegram channel.
