The Armed Forces continue to be released from the Russian invaders settlements in the east and south of Ukraine. Only during September 10 did the Ukrainian defenders return the blue and yellow flags to Kupyansk, Izium, as well as several other cities and villages of Kharkiv region, whose names are not yet disclosed for safety reasons.
