Most aircraft went over the Basha channel in the southeastern part of the coast. Also near the island, three warships of the Chinese fleet were recorded. In response, Taiwan issued a warning that the planes entered the island's air defense zone. Air defense systems tracked the movement of Chinese aircraft. Taiwanese fighters were raised into the sky. Such actions of the Taiwanese side are a standard procedure, since the entry into the air defense zone occurs regularly.
In the last two years, China has become increasingly entered into Taiwan recognition. Especially massive flights were in the fall and winter last year. This year, practice continued with the statements of Chinese officials that Taiwan is part of China. The authorities say that it is ready to return the island by force. We will remind, on December 13, 3 ships and 29 aircraft of the Army Naok went to the Taiwan air defense zone, as stated in the Taiwan Defense Ministry.
