"No Russian propagandist should stay in the EU. No Russian State TV channel should function in the EU," Zelensky continued during a 2000 forum, and called on the EU to unite forces to punish Russian military criminals. In this context, the head of state proposed to create a special tribunal that will investigate the facts of torture, killings and deportation of civilians during a full -scale war, resolved by Russia.
According to Zelensky, the European Union should respond "to the tyranny that the Russian Federation brought to Europe. " "I hope you do it, support the idea of creating a special tribunal for punishment of crimes and aggression committed by those who resolved the war against Ukraine," the Head of State summed up during the 2000 Forum.
