"To recognize the sovereignty and independence of the Kherson region," the document reads.
There is also the second similar document on the "independence" of Zaporizhzhya region. Images of documents have appeared on the network. The propagandists also write that on September 30, the Kremlin will have a ceremony of signing contracts on annexation of occupied Donetsk, Lugansk, Kherson region and part of Zaporizhzhya region. It is noteworthy that earlier Putin demands to correct the "mistakes" that were made during partial mobilization in Russia.
