The former commander of the Azov Regiment Major Maxim Zhorin wrote about it in his Telegram channel on June 19.

The Ukrainian defender noted that in the battle for Bakhmut, Russian invaders lost tens of thousands of soldiers. According to him, the city remains significantly the number of bodies of Russians, which no one intends to take away. "We never understand such a cynical attitude towards human life. They are vile and dishonest not only in respect of their opponent, but also to our people," Georin stated.

According to the Major of the Armed Forces, the main motivation of the Russians to go to the forefront is not the love of their country or debt to the state, but of violence. In particular, Georin mentioned the existence of "barrier units" in the Russian army, which are used by the occupiers in almost all directions. "To motivate the Russians to enter the positions, either threatens or beat or even kill their subordinates," the Azov regiment said.

We will remind that on June 14, Maxim Georin noted that the 3rd separate storm brigade of the Armed Forces in the Bakhmut direction stops only in order to fix itself in the occupied positions. In this case, the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation transfer new reserves there.
