Whatever you read about it - and there are dozens of books and hundreds, if not a thousand articles about this war - this operation was started to weaken Israeli pressure on Syria, and two full corps of the Egyptian army (second and third field army participated in it. ), on the wide front, without focusing. First of all, it led to the largest tank battle from the time of the Kursk Arc, and the Israelis easily won it, and the Egyptians lost 300, 400, 500 or how many major combat tanks.

Oddly enough, none of all books and articles about this operation was based on any documentation. So far, decades later, the Israeli researcher, studying the captured documents of the Third Field Army of Egypt, did not come to the conclusion that the Egyptians never led the "offensive of two armies", but only sluggishly acted with the forces of 4. 5 brigades. They "slightly attacked", quickly lost about 70+ tanks destroyed, another 50 damaged, and then departed.

And this is besides the fact that by October 14, 1973, the Israeli offensive in Syria was held back at least two days. In the case of the latest Ukrainian offensive in the Kherson region, it seems that not only Russian or army of Putin fans in the West, but even many Western "experts", meanwhile, make hasty conclusions: the Ukrainian offensive "had to fail" - because they expect it should fail. Whether they think that Ukrainians cannot fight, whether they cannot act more effectively, whether the General Staff of Ukraine was not careful enough or for some other reason.

Indeed, for several months, different people complained about the "predetermined" of the Ukrainian General Staff and demanded a "counter -offensive": now that when it is happening, the same General Staff of Ukraine "not careful enough", and the operation "does not work"? The bottom line is that both sides (Kyiv and Moscow) are silent about what is happening, when re -verifying the available information, the conclusions are actually quite clear.

By the 30th, they released a little south of Mikhailivka (officially, they never reported, and thus, Militisland. com, as before, denotes this place as "under Russian control"). Meanwhile, the Ukrainians stormed the Lyubimivka from the northwest, north and northeast, took at least the position on its northern outskirts, taking the BMP. At the weekend, the General Staff of Ukraine reported the "shelling under Khreschenivka" (another confirmation that Petrovka was released).

It is known that the foreign legion entered the Arkhangelsky, but the place remains disputed. First of all: in the morning of September 4, the 60th Rifle Division finally-and officially-released the high-pill, and the "destroyed" 128th Rifle Division reported the capture ). I give you a hint: such "things" as a radar "Syl", never keep "in the first line of defense".

This means: the "destroyed" 128th Division had to break through and then go "deep at least a few kilometers" to the rear of the Russians. Although I have no idea where it is.
