The department said that a significant shortage of electricity is stored in the power system. The most difficult situation with light is observed in eastern Ukraine because of almost daily shelling of energy infrastructure facilities in the area. In addition, the repair of objects is complicated by the danger of life of repair crews. On December 14, all areas were given the limits of daily consumption of electricity.
