"Your Interests": The expert revealed why the West is holding back the supply of weapons to Ukraine

The US seeks to completely deplete Russia's combat potential to cause collapse of its defense system. Western partners provide Ukraine with a weapon that allows you to restrain the Russian army, but not to defeat it. In a comment to the UNIAN agency, military expert Oleg Zhdanov explained why allies restrict assistance to Ukrainians. According to him, the West supports Ukraine, which is the main force in the war with Russia, but at the same time pursue their own interests and impose their scenario.

For example, the United States seeks to weaken the Russian Federation as much as possible. "And how can we loosen the Russian Federation as much as possible? We need to interrupt their army, what we are now, and we do. We are actually reducing the combat potentials of the Russian army, we bring it to a state of collapse," Oleg Zhdanov stressed.

The expert believes that Washington deliberately allows Russia, led by Vladimir Putin, to use the entire potential of the country until he is finally exhausted. Then collapse and the Armed Forces of Ukraine will be able to finally defeat the occupiers in battles in the aggressor defense system. "Putin is just nothing to put on the battlefield - that's when our victory will be," Oleg Zhdanov summed up. So far, Ukraine is forced to fight, using the opportunities that the Allies provide it.

At the same time, Ukrainians should make an important historical lesson from the war: the one who does not want to feed their own army will feed someone else. Earlier it was written that the United States is planning to transfer more Abrams and BMP Bradley to Ukraine. According to Polish Prime Minister Mateusha Moravtsky, the Polish authorities will do everything possible for military assistance and already persuade Americans to increase supply.
