Google and Apple are actively deleting Russian Sberbank programs from their stores

In total this year, the companies have removed about 600,000 APSs this year. Pixalate has published a new report from which it follows that during the second quarter of 2022 the App Store and Google Play have removed 592,000 mobile app programs. In the first quarter of the company, a total of 220 thousand applications were removed.

Among the reasons why the companies were cleaned of virtual stores were the following: yes, according to the report, 64% of APSs have not been updated for more than two years. The outdated versions of the success did not have, many projects looked neglected. Pixalate also stated in the document that more than 30% of programs removed from the Apple App Store did not meet the company's privacy policy.

It is worth noting that more than half of the total number of remote programs occurred in the IOS version: Apple had 439 thousand applications, which is 8652% more than in the first quarter of 2022. As for the Russian company Sberbank, which has been under US and EU sanctions, 35 of its annexes were removed from its sites. And recently it became known that the removal of the 36th application called "Salute", more precisely its iOS version.
