Montenegro declared a diplomat from the Russian Embassy

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Montenegro declared a person in Non Grata a diplomat from the Embassy of the Russian Federation. This is stated on the website of the department. They noted that the activity of the Russian diplomat contradicts Article 9 of the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations.
