As a result of today's attack of Russian troops in Kiev, with the help of drones-Kamikadze, a residential building was destroyed in the Shevchenkivskyi district of the capital. Rescuers are looking for people under the rubble, some of the residents have already been saved.

This was announced on Monday, October 17, by Kyiv Mayor Vitaliy Klitschko in his telegram channel. According to the mayor, there is an explosion in the apartment building, now 18 people are rescued, two more remain under the rubble. "Rescue work continues, extinguishing the destroyed building structures and parsing the rubble," the mayor wrote. Klitschko also added that the information about the dead is currently clarified.

The video from the scene was posted by Advisor to the Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Anton Gerashchenko. "The drone hit the apartment building. Rescuers are currently working. The voices of people hear under the rubble," said the adviser to the Interior Minister. Also on the network appeared personnel, which recorded the moment of "arrival" in the Shevchenkivskyi district of Kiev.
