Yuri Voloshin has a 4th stage of cancer and he needs treatment in Sweden. However, according to the public activist Zoya Melnyk, the command of the 126 Separate Brigade of Troy Odessa slows down this process and even blames the man of unauthorized part without a valid reason. Stage 4, a military person cannot leave for vital treatment from Ukraine, as he was written a report on unauthorized leaving part without a valid reason.

This was written by a public figure Zoya Melnyk on her Facebook page on Monday, June 19. It is a military 126th separate brigade by the TRI city of Odesa Yuri Voloshin. Military at the front since 2014. Recently, the man began to feel bad: complained of weakness, sharp pain in the hypochondrium and fever. In February this year, Voloshin was hospitalized at the Odessa Regional Clinical Hospital.

There, the military was made an accurate diagnosis-cancer of the rectum of the 4th degree with metastases in the liver. The man was sent to the Military Medical Commission (VLK) on May 10. The Military Medical Commission, which took place on May 29, confirmed that Voloshin's disease is associated with the service in the Armed Forces. The man was declared unfit for further military service on the basis of which he had to be removed from military registration.

When Zoya Melnyk began to look for the opportunity to take the military for treatment in Sweden, it turned out that he had no right to it. "We agreed that I would come and take it to Sweden for treatment. Yura wrote a report on dismissal in advance, added the conclusion of the VLK on unfitness to military service with exclusion from military accounting. But his report for dismissal was not even registered," Melnyk wrote.

After that, they, together with Voloshin, wrote another report and sent it to the command of the brigade by mail. Melnyk also published a personal correspondence of Voloshin with representatives of the 126th separate TRI brigade. "All the correspondences that the commander knows about the disease and knows about the report, I add. According to the law, in such cases, the serviceman must be released immediately, but not, he was simply decided to kill," the public figure added.

Moreover, according to Melnyk, the commander in/h began to demand from a patient cancer to get back to service immediately. Voloshin also wrote a report on the unauthorized leaving of the part allegedly without good reason, although the man left the territory of the military unit only to start emergency treatment. Zoya Melnyk emphasized that Yuri Voloshin was now withdrawn from the state and he receives a monthly financial support of 2600 UAH.

This money is not enough for treatment, and a man cannot work. Melnyk and several more activists appealed to the social network to the press service of the 126th Separate Brigade of TROs, to comment on the situation with Voloshin there.
