More than 40 terrorists were destroyed in the sky of the central regions of the country and near Kiev. I thank you, warriors! But unfortunately, there is a hit. Terrorists need such massive massacre plaque masses so that at least some of their "Idelius" achieve the assigned goals. All their targets today are civilians, which are mostly energy and heat supply.

Probably, as a result of this war, the meaning of the word "terror" for most people in the world will be associated primarily with such crazy actions of Russia. In Kryvyi, there was a parsing of the blockage of an apartment building, which was hit by one of the Russian missiles. There are three in the list of dead. My condolences to all relatives . . . More than ten people are injured, including children. Everyone is assisted.

Electricity disconnections have been used today across the country - in most cities and regions. In Kiev and 14 regions, water supply also stopped as a result of energy shutdowns. Our energy and repair crews began to work during air alarm and do everything possible to restore generation and supply. It takes time. But it will be. I ask all our people now to show patience and thank everyone and everyone whose work is at any time and in all circumstances to return the normality of life.

I ask representatives of regional and local authorities to be more active in creating an additional stock of energy. Please cooperate more actively with the business so that more companies are joined in the map points of indomitable. And I ask everyone now - of course, if possible - to take care of those who are the most difficult . . . about the elderly, families with children, displaced persons from hostilities or from the occupied territory. If you can help please help.

At least what rocket launchers from Moscow have been counting on, it will still not change the arrangement of forces in this war. They will still have rockets for several such massive blows. We will have the purposefulness and belief in ourselves, so that after these blows to return our own. And one more. The EU has approved a ninth package of sanctions against Russia for the war. Ninth, but obviously not the last. Because it is obvious that the pressure should be increased.

I thank all those leaders and countries who fought for a stronger pack. But we will work with the European Commission, with the leaders of the EU countries, with the public of Europe, so that the existing sanction policy worked at the end of the war and does not give Russia the wrong signals - signals that someone is ready to reduce pressure.
