Borrel called the condition for dialogue between Europe and Russia

This was stated by the head of European diplomacy Josep Borrel. In his work for Madrid University Complutens, in which he analyzes the impact of sanctions on Russia's future, it is said that for 30 years he tried to regain the status of a great state for 30 years, the cost of breaking with the West will be very high.

In his opinion, the Russian regime will have to choose political survival "under the Chinese wing". Although China always understood that integration into the world economy has become the basis of its rise, while Russian dictator Vladimir Putin made the opposite choice. "As for Europe, we continue to remain open to dialogue with Russia, provided that it abandons its imperial harassment and respect the full integrity of all states, including Ukraine," Borrel added.
